OUR POLICIES
The Pampurred Puss requires that you confirm your arrival date with us at least 3 days in advance. Please inform us if you will be dropping off in the morning (9:00 AM-12:00 Noon) or in the afternoon (3:00 PM-5:00 PM).
We require that our guests provide proof of current Rabies and FVRCP distemper vaccines. We request the latest veterinarian receipt to verify shot dates and information for these required vaccines for each guest. Leukemia vaccines are recommended but not required. Kittens must have age appropriate shots and have been examined by a veterinarian if they were not adopted from a shelter.
If your cat shows any signs of having an upper respiratory infection (URI) such as sneezing and runny eyes, we ask that you make arrangements to board them with a veterinarian. This is a contagious disease and it is not in the best interest of our clients to knowingly board unhealthy cats.
We require proof of flea prevention during the warmer months- generally March 1st until mid-December. We will accept a recently dated receipt, a new collar in a box or a new or recently used tube of some type of topical treatment. If your do not regularly use a flea preventative, we will be happy to apply a ½ tube of Advantage flea treatment on your cat(s). We will charge $6.00 per treatment.

Regarding medications and supplements...
If your cat requires medications or supplements, The Pampurred Puss...

will not dispense oral medication (except in food) or administer shots to cats that are aggressive, unfriendly to us or bite. This also includes pastes, drops and creams.

will charge $1.50 per dose. Cat owners are required to cut pills to correct dosage and put them in a daily pill sorter clearly marked with dosing instructions or you will be charged a $5.00 fee for this service.

|
The $1.50 per dose fee also applies to the dispensing of any supplements, creams or pastes.
