SUNDAY: WE ARE AVAILABLE SOME SUNDAY MORNINGS BETWEEN 8 - 10 AM. YOU WOULD NEED TO MAKE PREVIOUS ARRAINGMENTS WITH THE OWNER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS CUSTOMER COURTESEY. You will be charged for the day if your cat is in the building at any time.
Plan to drop
off your cat(s) during our scheduled hours. There is a $25.00 fee TO ACCOMMODATE OTHER NEEDS, both early and late.

WE ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS,
TRAVELER'S CHECKS AND CASH. WE DO NOT ACCEPT
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. PAYMENT IS EXPECTED UPON
PICK UP, BUT, IN SOME INSTANCES, WE WILL REQUIRE PAYMENT IN
CASH AND IN ADVANCE.
Our policy requires that you call at least 3 days in advance to make us aware that you are still coming. We will call the day prior to your date if we do not hear from you, if we call, we will charge you $1.00
Picking up your cat- Monday - Saturday- if you pick up your cat by 10:00 AM we will not charge you for the day, After that, you will be charged
for the day. Your cat WILL be moved at noon to clean the pen for our
next guest IF there is a cat scheduled to come in that
afternoon. We will put your cat in a
carrier.
Check in time (Mon-Sat), is anytime during our scheduled hours but , the pen your cat is assigned to may not
be ready if you are dropping off between 9am and 12 noon.
You can call to find out.The pen would be ready by 3 pm
Guests must have
up to date rabies shots. You must also provide proof of
up to date distemper shot. Leukemia shots are recommended
but not required.
AS OF 1/01/05 WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS ON MEDS THAT REQUIRE DOSES GIVEN AT 12 HOUR INTERVALS
Medicine giving information: If your cat needs meds...
1. We will give new prescription medicines to existing clients on a case by case basis.
2. We will not give pills (except in food), or give shots to cats that are aggressive, unfriendly (to us) or that bite. Also includes pastes, drops or creams
3. We will continue to give meds to your cat if we already are.
4. Starting on 1/1/05 we will be charging $1.00 per dose.Owner still has to cut pills to correct dose and put them in a daily pill sorter or I will charge charge is $5.00 for this.
5. The $1.00 per dose fee also includes any supplements, creams or pastes.
If your cat shows
signs of having a U.R.I. (a.k.a. a cold), which are sneezing and runny eyes, we
ask that you make arrangements to board with a vet. This is
a contagious disease, and it is not in the best interest of
our clients to knowingly board a sick
animal.
We require proof of flea
prevention during the warmer months.(Usually from March 1st until the middle or end of December).We will accept a reasonably dated receipt, a new collar in a box or a new or recently used tube of some type of topical treatment. We will apply if no proof.
DO NOT use any
Hartz liquid flea product - it may kill your cat ---I also advise against using the Zodiak liquid products as well. You do so at your own risk !!!.
We carry all the Friskies / Purina brands, all the Iams, Science Diet, Whiskas & 9- Lives dry foods. We also carry some Nutro Complete Care & Pro Plan and will feed our guest the food it usually eats. A name brand will be substitited for low cost or generic food. We do not supply prescription food. We will feed canned food supplied by the owner. Moist food must also be supplied; there is no discount for substitutions. We will provide cans if requested. Prices depend on type and quantity.
